I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were never cleaned by housekeeping and had views of the atrium, the service was exceptional when it came to laundry. The location, although in a very bad part of town, was surprisingly close to an establishment that takes pride in what they do. The dining options were limited with eclectic British dishes. The facilities were decent overall.
